Jay Rogers is the founder of Illinois Home Inspection.  Jay has over 25 years of experience in performing inspections to residences and commercial businesses.  He has a sincere commitment to customer satisfaction with a dedication to quality inspections identifying functional and nonfunctional components of various types of property. He has expertise in mold, termite, and Radon testing.  Jay's dedication and professionalism to inspections have ensured many homeowners are purchasing and living in safe, healthy, and comfortable homes.  Jay is also the founder and leader of Spyder Ryders Association (Chi-Town Spyders) a motorcycle group formed to ride as one and give back to the community.

Jay has also takes pride in his family life, being a husband and father. He enjoys traveling, reading, and serving various communities.  Jay has actively organized and participated in programs to serve the homeless such as providing meals and doing coat drives. He has also provided book bags and school supplies to children and families in need. Jay is currently planning to provide healthcare services to underprivileged communities.
